<p>The BSE benchmark increased 287.11 points or 0.43 percent last week. Reliance Industries’ market value increased the highest among the top 10 companies, from Rs 22,191.43 crore to Rs 15,90,408.31 crore.</p>
<p>Hindustan Unilever increased its value by Rs 17,222.5 crore, bringing it to Rs 6,04,326.62 crore. Bharti Airtel’s value increased by Rs 16,953.01 to Rs 5,36,035.96 while ITC’s value increased by Rs 7,607.26 to Rs 5,59,071.10.</p>
<p>Market capitalization (mcap) increased for both ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank, rising by a combined total of Rs 4,581.64 and Rs 1,971.27, respectively, to reach Rs 6,66.639.07 and Rs 11,65.135.58 billion. However, the market value of Tata Consultancy Services fell by Rs 18,258.67 crore to Rs 13,06,391.11 crore and that of Infosys fell by Rs 19,403.04 crore to Rs 5,94,252 crore.</p>
<p>State Bank of India (SBI) had a decrease in mcap of Rs 16,019.67 crore to Rs 5,14,191.52 crore, while Bajaj Finance saw a decrease in mcap of Rs 7,137.72 crore to Rs 4,87,746.65 crore. After TCS, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, ITC, Bharti Airtel, State Bank of India, and Bajaj Finance, Reliance Industries continued to hold the title of most valuable company in the nation.</p>
