<p>The OTT release of “OMG 2,” which stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam in the key roles, is now being prepared. The Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC) has officially certified the movie. <p>Although Akshay Kumar played Lord Shiva in the teaser, the CBFC reportedly instructed filmmaker Amit Rai to adapt the actor’s portrayal to that of a Doot (messenger).</p>
<p>The change seems to be one of the 20 additions and deletions that the Censor Board’s review committee made to the film last week.</p>

<p>Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam Dhar play the main characters in “OMG 2.” the forthcoming satirical comedy-drama movie in Hindi that Amit Rai wrote and directed. The movie is slated to premiere on August 11, 2023.</p>
<p>OMG 2: Will It Be Postponed?</p>
<p>An earlier report this week said that the movie’s producers were considering delaying the movie’s cinema debut as a result of the CBFC’s ordered alterations. ETimes quotes a source as saying, “The makers are of the opinion of shifting the release date from August 11 as they want to fight against the changes suggested by the committee and also line up proper promotions of the film.”</p>
