<p>The biggest IT services provider in India, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), announced modifications to senior management people (SMP) roles on Saturday. Ananth Krishnan, executive vice president and chief technology officer of TCS, will no longer be an SMP after July 31 due to his upcoming retirement in October, according to a BSE filing.</p>
<p>Harrick Vin will start serving as a senior management employee on August 1 according to the file made on Saturday, July 29. He presently serves as TCS’s chief services innovation officer. He oversaw TCS Digitate prior to this. <p>According to the TCS regulatory filing, Shankar Narayanan, V Rajanna, Siva Ganesan, Ashok Pai, and Raguraman Ayyaswamy will also take over as SMPs on August 1, 2023.</p>

<p>Senior vice-president Shankar Narayanan has worked at TCS for more than 30 years. Senior Vice President of TCS and in charge of the company’s media, communications, and technology divisions is V Rajanna. He has worked with the organization for more than 29 years and has 32 years of experience in the IT sector.</p>
<p>Siva Ganesan is the worldwide leader of the Microsoft Business Unit and a senior vice-president of TCS. Having worked for the business for more than 32 years, Siva has extensive expertise in sales, problem-solving, operations, program management, delivery, and international account management.</p>
<p>Senior vice president at TCS and the organization’s chief operating officer for cognitive business operations (CBO), Ashok Pai. With more than 31 years of industry expertise, Ashok has been instrumental in assisting businesses with their transition to the digital economy.</p>
<p>Senior vice president of TCS and the organization’s worldwide leader of the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital engineering divisions is Reguraman Ayyaswamy. He has worked in the business for more than 29 years and is a 38-year veteran of the field.</p>
