His entire profits in 2022, according to sources, were around Rs 131.08 crore. According to reports, he received a base pay of around USD 2 million and a variable compensation of about USD 2 million. <p>He was formerly in a lowly position before rising to such a high position in one of India’s largest corporations. He hasn’t attended any IITs or IIMs, but he has nevertheless shown his talent via his diligence and education.</p>
<p>Tamil Nadu is where C Vijayakumar was born. The Lawrence School in Lovedale, Ooty, is where he finished his education. He attended P.S.G. College of Technology in Tamil Nadu for his electronics engineering degree after finishing his secondary schooling. He reportedly joined HCL in 1994 and was a key player in the creation of the National Stock Exchange’s completely automated network.</p>
<p>He oversaw HCL’s infrastructure services division before to being named the company’s CEO. Along with being a member of the World Economic Forum’s IT Governors Community, he was also a founding member of HCL Comnet. Additionally, he participates on the board of the US-India Business Council.</p>
<p>Projects involving the Internet of Things (IoT), cyber security, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have included C Vijayakumar. He became HCL’s CEO in the year 2020.</p>
