Pant will probably miss many more matches as a result of his illnesses, including the IPL and the World Test Championship final. Pant’s second inning, which he started after avoiding the crash on the Delhi-Roorkie highway, is the only thing for which he is grateful. Additionally, Pant added some new details to his Instagram bio on Wednesday. More than a week after the crash, it said, “Second D.O.B – 05/01/23,” making reference to the day as his second birth. Naturally, Pant was really born on October 4, 1997.

After undergoing treatment at Saksham Hospital in Roorkie and then MAX, Dehradun, Pant was sent to Mumbai where he had a successful knee ligament surgery. All three of the knee’s primary ligaments were torn by Pant; two were immediately healed, and the third was fixed six weeks later. Pant was expected to miss the bulk of 2023, but it is now being reported that his recuperation is progressing faster than expected. When Pant first came at Bengaluru’s National Cricket Academy, he was pain-free, but his lower body’s strength and mobility remained an issue.

Thankfully, Pant has recovered remarkably from requiring crutches to walk properly once again, although with a knee cap. Pant has expressed his thanks to those who helped the cricketer in time and saved his life by preventing any potentially deadly injuries while he was recovering. As part of his rehabilitation at the NCA, Pant is forced to participate in as many physical activities as he can, such as swimming, aquatherapy, and table tennis. His most recent Instagram photo of himself with coworkers Yuzvendra Chahal, KL Rahul, Mohammed Siraj, and Shardul Thakur encouraged hope for a remarkably quick recovery.
